we search for hope in darkness,

as everything falls apart
and gravity alters death forever
and the planets open to release theire flesh
and they open to release their bones
in a final gruesome act
to unite with the black shining star
so the world dies in flames, a transcendental funeral
angels trapped in antimatter
evaporate in a cloud of gold...
and when all mass is shattered,
rearranged in a single quant,
we reached again the end
and millions yet to come.
the cicle restless turns
gives birth to light in darkness
again an earth is born
again this earth will die
and finally as light is dead,
we search for hope in darkness,
abandoned is our faith in god,
as everything falls apart
and gravity alters death forever
and the planets open to release theire flesh
and they open to release their bones
in a final gruesome act
to unite with the black shining star
so the world dies in flames at the transcendental funeral
we bury the world in flames

angels burn, and gods are blind here.
as you enter, the light outshines your life
it is the light, the light that shines
that purifies a human life,
it is the darkness of the heart that crushes tears the world apart

Gaerea's first release of "Unsettling Whispers" was in 2018, and since, they dared define a "black metal" niche of their own, they dared to walk a new path and stir shit up a bit in the realm of BM, this album is a masterpiece and a milestone proving that it can be done, provided the band can pull it off, and they did, oh they did! Gloomy, dark, post-BM sludgy whatever, it's Gaerea, and this one belongs in my BC collection, the end.
